Legal authority and basis
- Proclamation No. 515 is issued pursuant to the President’s powers under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748.
- The creation and designation is made upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

Zone designation and covered land

- The parcel has an area of Three Thousand Ninety-Seven (3,097) Square Meters, more or less.
