- Three parcels of land identified by Technical Description, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) numbers, and subdivision plans:
- TCT No. T-74402, Lot 1, approx. 3,097 sq. m.
- TCT No. T-74401, Lot 1, approx. 43,745 sq. m.
- TCT No. T-81771, Lot 2, approx. 29,150 sq. m.
- Each parcel is bounded by natural and man-made landmarks such as trails, creeks, and roads.
- Each parcel's survey details include coordinates, bearings, distances, and physical survey marks (concrete monuments).
- Surveys were originally conducted in 1912 with subdivision surveys approved in 1992.
