Creation of Larap Special Economic Zone

The designated economic zone covers an area of approximately 300,000 square meters.
The land is identified as Lot No. 7042, Cadastre 1071-D, Jose Panganiban Cadastre as per Plan Mr.05-000005.
Boundaries are clearly established, adjoining neighboring lots owned by Manila Bankers Incorporated, public lands, and an existing 50-meter-wide runway.
Specific boundary lines and directions with distances are detailed, marking the exact perimeter of the zone.
Corner points are physically marked on the ground with permanent monuments and bearings are based on a survey conducted in June 2002.

The proclamation is issued under the President of the Philippines by virtue of her constitutional and legal powers to declare special economic zones.
The President’s signature and the affixing of the Republic seal validate the declaration.
The Executive Secretary attests and implements the proclamation.
Survey and approval by a licensed Geodetic Engineer confirm the accuracy and official recording of the zone's limits.

The creation of the zone is conducted in strict adherence to RA No. 7916 and its amendments, including RA No. 8748.
