A building known as Jackman Plaza I.T. Center is designated as an Information Technology (IT) Center.
The building has a gross floor area of approximately 15,322.25 square meters.
Situated on two parcels of land with an aggregate area of about 2,249.30 square meters located along EDSA, Munoz, Quezon City.

- Located in Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Diliman (now Bago Bantay), Quezon City.
- Boundaries: Northeast by Lots 11 and 12, Block B-7; Southeast by Lot 5, Block B-7; Southwest by Lot R.P. 3-B-4-B-7 (Highway 54); Northwest by Lot 3, Block B-7.
- Area: Approximately 1,499.50 square meters.
- Survey markers and bearings referenced with original survey from 1910-1911 and subdivision survey dated July to August 1953.
Lot 5-A, Psd-75159, TCT No. N-237551:
- Also located in Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Diliman (now Bago Bantay), Quezon City.
- Boundaries: Southwest by Epifanio de los Santos (Highway 54); West by Lot 4, Block B-7; Northeast by Lots 12 and 13, Block B-7; East by Lot 5-B.
- Area: Approximately 749.80 square meters.
- Survey markers and bearings referenced with original survey from 1910-1911 and subdivision survey approved on October 12, 1964.

The designation formally integrates the building as an Information Technology Center under the jurisdiction of PEZA.
Subject to provisions of RA No. 7916, its implementing rules and PEZA resolutions.
Enables the building to avail of economic zone benefits and incentives prescribed under applicable laws.

The proclamation document is signed by the President of the Philippines, Benigno S. Aquino III.
