Proclamation creating Pasig City IT zone

The creation and designation are subject to RA No. 7916, its implementing rules and regulations, and relevant PEZA Board Resolutions (Nos. 00-411, 11-066, 15-240, 17-472, 16-633, and 18-420).
These laws and resolutions guide the management, operation, and incentives applicable within the SEZ.

The land area amounts to approximately 1,871 square meters.
It consists of portions of Lot 5-B-1-B-1 and Lot 5-B-1-A, as indicated in technical documents and registered titles (TCT Nos. PT-113535 and PT-71553).
Boundaries and coordinates are precisely detailed with directional bearings and distances, based on technical surveys.

The boundary and technical description were prepared by Private Geodetic Engineer Manuel C. Balce, Jr.
Verification was conducted by Engr. Patrick A. Macazo (Department of Environment and Natural Resources - National Capital Region) on November 26, 2017.
Further checks were made by DENR-NCR officials Rogelio M. Lapus and Ignacio R. Almira Jr. on December 13, 2017.
The survey was noted by Assistant Regional Director Sofio B. Quintana on December 21, 2017.

The proclamation was signed and sealed by the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Roa Duterte, on March 3, 2021, in Manila.
Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea also signed the document, formalizing the creation and designation of the SEZ.

SILVER CITY 1A is recognized as an SEZ focusing on information technology-related enterprises.
Entities operating within this zone may avail themselves of benefits and incentives authorized under RA 7916 and related PEZA resolutions.
The designation aims to promote economic activity, technological development, and investment in the designated area.
The physical description ensures clarity of the SEZ’s territorial extent and legal boundaries to avoid disputes or jurisdictional confusion.
