Legal basis under PEZA law

- On the NW along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 931, Banilad Estate.
- On the NE and SE along lines 4-5-1 by Lot 2 of the subdivision plan.
- Lot 1 has an area of Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Five (11,475) square meters, more or less.
- The survey points for Lot 1 begin at a point marked “a1a” on the plan, described as S. 57 deg. 40’ W 905.56 m. from Mon. No. 4, Banilad Estate, and then proceed through the line directions and distances stated in the proclamation:

- N. 30 deg. 03’ E., 151.26 m. to point 3
- N. 30 deg. 04’ E., 122.40 m. to point 4
- S. 63 deg. 15’ E., 46.00 m. to point 5

- The proclamation states that the referenced corners are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons., 15A60 cms, and that the original survey occurred August 1906–July 1907, with the referenced survey executed by Geodetic Engineer Jose A. Rebaño on 30 January to 02 February 1990 and approved on 06 June 1990.
