- The Special Economic Zone is subject to the provisions of:

- Its Implementing Rules and Regulations,
- PEZA Board Resolutions No. 00-411 (s. 2000), 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015), 16-136 (s. 2016), and 17-472 (s. 2017).

- The law provides technical descriptions for several parcels of land comprising the zone, including:

- All parcels are situated in Barangay Tanzang Luma, Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.
- Boundaries are described with reference to neighboring lots, roads (10.00 m wide Existing Market Road, 5.00 m wide roads), and landmarks such as monuments and subdivision markers.
Implementation and Effectivity
- The proclamation was signed and made effective on December 13, 2017, in the City of Manila.
- The seal of the Republic of the Philippines was affixed to validate the proclamation.
