Designation of Centrio Corporate Center as IT Center

The building designated as an Information Technology Center is known as the Centrio Corporate Center.
It has a gross floor area of 11,378.28 square meters.
Located at the intersection of C.M. Recto Avenue and Corrales Street in Cagayan de Oro City.

The IT Center stands on two parcels of land with an aggregate area of approximately 2,500 square meters.
The land parcels are identified as:
- BPO Lot 1: Portion of Lot 694-B-1, totaling about 2,280 square meters.
- BPO Lot 2: Portion of Lot 694-A-1-A, totaling about 220 square meters.
Technical metes and bounds descriptions are provided for precision and legal clarity.
Surveys were originally made between November 1926 and July 1932; the current survey was executed in 2015 by a licensed Geodetic Engineer.

The designation is subject to compliance with PEZA Board of Directors’ Resolutions Nos. 00-411 (2000), 11-066 (2011), 15-240 (2015), and 14-431 (2014).
Ensures the building meets standards and conditions required for Special Economic Zones and IT Centers.

The proclamation was signed and sealed in Manila on February 11, 2016.
Signed by the President of the Philippines and attested by the Executive Secretary.
