Designation of Marina Town Dumaguete as SEZ

The proclamation is issued under the powers vested in the President of the Republic of the Philippines under RA No. 7916, as amended.
Recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) was considered.
The law is supplemented by PEZA Board Resolutions (Nos. 00-411, 11-066, 15-240, 17-472, 17-272) and the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 7916.

Parcel Identification: SK-07-000310, which is a portion of Lot 163 and Lot 171-B, Dumaguete Cadastre.
Location: Barangay Piapi, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Island of Negros.
Boundary points and lines described with specified bearings and distances:
- Southwest boundary along Portion of Lot 163 and Lot 171-B.
- Northwest boundary along Lot 171-A.
- Northeast boundary along Lot 171-C (Flores Avenue).
- Southeast boundary along Lot 170 and Portion of Lot 163.
The survey was consolidated and subdivided on May 20, 2021, and approved on May 17, 2022.
All corners are marked with P.S. cylindrical concrete monuments with dimensions 15x40 cms.

The proclamation was signed by the President and attested by the Executive Secretary.
The official seal of the Republic of the Philippines was affixed.
The date of issuance is July 25, 2023, in the City of Manila.

The designated area shall operate subject to the provisions of RA 7916 and its amendments.
