PROCLAMATION NO. 1602

Legal Basis: This proclamation is issued pursuant to Republic Act No. 7916, known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, which has been amended by Republic Act No. 8748.
Authority Vested: The authority to create and designate the IT Park is vested in the President of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

Designated Area: A parcel of land located at the corner of Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue and Quezon Avenue, Barangay Pinyahan, Diliman District, Quezon City, is designated as an Information Technology (IT) Park.
Name of IT Park: The designated IT Park will be known as “Eton Centris.”
Size: The area of the IT Park is specified as One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Three (119,793) square meters.

Land Description: The land is defined by the technical description of Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-A-2-B-5-J-2 TCT No. 62821.
Boundaries: The legal boundaries of the designated land include:
- NE: Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-A-2-B-5-A
- SE: Intersection of Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue and Quezon Avenue
- NW: Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-A-2-B-5-J-1
Survey Details:
- Original survey conducted from December 1910 to June 1911.
- Subdivision survey conducted on March 4, 1990.

Applicable Regulations: The designation is subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, its implementing rules and regulations, and specific resolutions from the PEZA Board of Directors (Resolution No. 00-411 dated December 29, 2000, and Resolution No. 07-437 dated September 24, 2007).
Implementation: All guidelines and procedures outlined in these regulations must be adhered to for the proper establishment and operation of the IT Park.
