- Adopt measures and projects for enhancing good neighbor relations and cooperation.
- Encourage greater interpersonal and interstate intercourse, mutual understanding, and solidarity among Asian nations.
- Establish ongoing media for regular exchange of information, knowledge, and products.
Research and Program Development
- Commission to conduct studies, observations, and surveys to inform and guide its programs.
Execution of Undertakings and Project Implementation
- Empowered to initiate and execute projects necessary to achieve its goals.
- Authorized to create subgroups tasked with specific responsibilities for program implementation.
Resource Utilization and Support
- May source materials and services from all government branches, agencies, and private entities.
- All such bodies and individuals are encouraged to assist the Commission maximally.
Management of Donations and Contributions
- Commission authorized to accept, administer, and utilize donations, endowments, and bequests.
Privileges and Immunities
- Members and associated personnel performing missions abroad enjoy privileges and immunities similar to official government representatives.
Supervision and Reporting
- Functions under direct supervision and control of the President.
- Reports on activities are submitted directly to the President.
