- Includes Deputy Governor for Operations of the Land Authority, Director of Agro-Industrial Department (Board of Investments), and Director of Legal and Policy Research (Presidential Economic Staff).
- Involves representatives from sectoral organizations: Federation of Cattle Raisers, Federation of Free Farmers, and Philippine Chamber of Wood Industries.
Powers and Collaboration
- Committee is authorized to seek assistance from any government department, bureau, agency, or government-owned or controlled corporation.
- Local government units are also obliged to extend assistance when requested.
Timeline and Reporting
- The Committee is mandated to complete and submit its study within ninety (90) days from the signing date of the Executive Order.
