Operationalization and Funding of New Court Branches

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall ensure immediate inclusion of the two new branches in the Court's operational program.
Funds required for operating the newly created courts will be appropriated and released only after the courts are organized and personnel appointed.

Amendments to Existing Laws

Section 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980," as amended, is revised to accommodate the creation of additional court branches.
Any laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity Clause

The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
