Role and Responsibilities of CDC
- The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has the responsibility to submit the list of Customs Free Zone (CFZ) locator exporters to the BoC Management Information Systems Technology Group (BoC-MISTG).
- This submission ensures that the BoC has an authoritative and updated list of exporters authorized to operate within the CFZ.
Coordination with Value Added Service Providers (VASP)
- Exporters are advised to coordinate with their respective Value Added Service Providers (VASP).
- The VASPs play a critical role in uploading exporters' CPRS profiles onto the BoC's Other Government Agency (OGA) Server.
- This coordination ensures that exporters’ data are properly registered in the centralized system for subsequent validation.
Validation, Accreditation, and Activation Process
- All CPRS profiles uploaded to the OGA Server are subject to validation by the BoC-MISTG.
- Validation is done by matching the profiles against the list of CFZ locator exporters submitted by CDC.
- Upon successful validation, profiles are accredited, approved, and activated allowing exporters to fully partake in the BoC’s e2M export processes.
Compliance and Enforcement
- Exporters within the CFZ must comply with the outlined procedures to maintain accreditation and operational approval.
- Compliance ensures uninterrupted registration status and participation in the BoC export system.
- The memorandum serves as an official reminder and directive from the BoC President and CEO for full adherence to the prescribed process.
