Transfer of Assets, Liabilities, and Personnel
- All personnel associated with the former annex are transferred to the newly established Arkong Bato National High School.
- All assets, liabilities, and records previously held by the annex are transferred and absorbed by the Arkong Bato National High School.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Arkong Bato National High School in the Department of Education's program immediately.
- Initial funding for the new school will be charged against the current year’s appropriations originally allocated to the Valenzuela National High School - Arkong Bato Annex.
- Subsequent funding will be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act to ensure continued operation.
Implementation Guidelines
- The Secretary of Education is authorized to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
- These rules and regulations are intended to ensure smooth transition and proper administration of the newly independent school.
Effectivity
- The provisions of this Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This ensures official dissemination and legal enforceability following public notification.
