Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel previously employed by the Villa Elementary School shall be absorbed by the Villa Integrated School.
- All assets and liabilities of the Villa Elementary School are likewise transferred to the Villa Integrated School.
- All records of the Villa Elementary School are also transferred to the Villa Integrated School, ensuring continuity and integration.
Inclusion in the Department of Education's Program and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of the Villa Integrated School in the Department of Education's program immediately.
- Initial funding necessary for the operation of the Villa Integrated School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act, ensuring budgetary support.
Formulation and Issuance of Implementing Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education is required to formulate and issue the rules and regulations implementing this Act within sixty (60) days from its approval.
- This provision allows for guidance and administrative procedures toeffectively govern the conversion and operation of the newly integrated school.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
- This ensures that the public is informed and that the law is enforceable following the specified publication period.
