Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel affiliated with the San Isidro Annex are transferred to the newly established San Isidro National High School.
- All assets previously owned by the Tungawan National High School – San Isidro Annex become the property of San Isidro National High School.
- All liabilities and obligations of the annex are assumed by the new independent school.
- Records held by the annex are also transferred accordingly to maintain continuity.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to incorporate the operationalization of San Isidro National High School into the Department of Education’s existing program immediately.
- Initial funding to support this new school will be drawn from the current year's budget allocation initially designated for the Tungawan National High School – San Isidro Annex.
- Subsequent funding requirements will be allocated under the annual General Appropriations Act to ensure the school’s continuous operation.
Implementation and Rules
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue any necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and carry out the provisions of this Act.
- These policies will guide the transition and support the functioning of the San Isidro National High School.
Effectivity of the Act
- The law shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its official publication in the Official Gazette.
- This ensures prompt enforcement and application of the law following dissemination to the public.
