Transfer of Assets, Liabilities, and Personnel
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and official records of the original Sandigan High School are transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Sandigan National High School.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is tasked to include the operationalization of Sandigan National High School in the Department of Education’s program immediately.
- Initial funding for the school’s operation shall be charged against the current year’s appropriations allocated for Sandigan High School.
- Subsequent funding requirements for the school’s continuous operation must be reflected in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation of the Act
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to issue the necessary rules and regulations to execute and enforce the provisions of this law effectively.
Effectivity of the Act
- The law shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette, ensuring formal and public acknowledgement before enforcement.
This law pertains solely to the institutional conversion, transfer of resources, and appropriation of funds to operationalize the newly established Sandigan National High School, alongside providing clear governmental administrative responsibilities for its implementation.
