The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Sibalom National High School in the Department of Education's programs immediately.
Initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Pis-anan National High School Sibalom Annex.
Subsequent funding for the school’s continuous operation will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation of the Act

The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.

Effectivity

The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
