Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, Records
- Section 2 transfers all personnel of the Manat National High School a Kao Annex to and absorbs them into Kao National High School.

Funding and Appropriations Mechanism
- Section 3 directs the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of the Kao National High School in the Department’s Program.
- Section 3 requires that the initial funding of the Kao National High School be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Manat National High School a Kao Annex.
- Section 3 requires that, thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation Rules by the Secretary of Education
- Section 4 authorizes the Secretary of Education to issue rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of the Act.

Effectivity and Publication
