Conversion of MNHS-Concepcion Annex to independent school

Section 1 separates the Malabon National High School (MNHS) - Concepcion Technical-Vocational Annex located in Barangay Concepcion, City of Malabon, Metro Manila from the Malabon National High School.
Section 1 converts the annex into an independent national high school.
