Separation and creation of school
- Section 1 separates the Mabini National High School a Pindasan Annex in Barangay Pindasan, Municipality of Mabini, Province of Compostela Valley from the Main Mabini National High School.
- Section 1 converts the separated annex into an independent national high school.
- The independent school created is to be known as Pindasan National High School (Section 1).
Transfer of personnel, assets, and records
- Section 2 transfers all personnel of the Mabini National High School a Pindasan Annex to the Pindasan National High School.
- Section 2 transfers all assets of the Mabini National High School a Pindasan Annex to the Pindasan National High School.
- Section 2 transfers all liabilities of the Mabini National High School a Pindasan Annex to the Pindasan National High School.
- Section 2 transfers all records of the Mabini National High School a Pindasan Annex to the Pindasan National High School.
- The transferred items are absorbed by Pindasan National High School (Section 2).
Funding and appropriations
- Section 3 requires the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of the Pindasan National High School in the Department’s program.
- Section 3 provides that the initial funding of Pindasan National High School is charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Mabini National High School a Pindasan Annex.
- Section 3 requires that thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation and regulations
- Section 4 empowers the Secretary of Education to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 9962.
