Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel assigned to the Sibulan Annex are transferred to the newly established Sibulan National High School.
- All assets and properties belonging to the Sibulan Annex are also transferred and absorbed by Sibulan National High School.
- Similarly, all liabilities and records of the Sibulan Annex are transferred to the new independent school.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Sibulan National High School in the Department of Education's program immediately.
- The initial funding for Sibulan National High School will come from the current year’s appropriations allocated for Inawayan National High School’s Sibulan Annex.
- For succeeding years, funds necessary for the operation of Sibulan National High School must be included as part of the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation of the Act
- The Secretary of Education is tasked to issue the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
Effectivity of the Law
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
- Official approval was given by the President and key government officials as of December 31, 2009.
