All personnel assigned to the Guinzadan National High School - Mayag Extension will be transferred to Mayag National High School.
All assets and liabilities connected to the extension are likewise transferred.
All school records of the extension are to be absorbed by Mayag National High School.

Funding and Operationalization

The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Mayag National High School immediately into the Department of Education's program.
The initial funding for the school shall be charged against the current year’s appropriation for the Guinzadan National High School - Mayag Extension.
For subsequent years, the funding necessary for the school will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Rulemaking and Implementation

The Secretary of Education is required to formulate rules and regulations for implementing the provisions of this Act within 120 days from its approval.

Effectivity and Publication

The Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication.
Publication must be either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
