Conversion of the school into a national high school
- The Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Agusan del Sur is converted into a national high school (Section 1).
- The national high school is to be known as Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School (Section 1).
Transfer of personnel, assets, liabilities, and records
- All personnel of the Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School (Section 2).
- All assets of the Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School (Section 2).
- All liabilities of the Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School (Section 2).
- All records of the Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School (Section 2).
Funding and inclusion in the annual GAA
- The Secretary of Education must immediately include the operationalization of the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School in the Department’s program (Section 3).
- The funding of the operationalization is to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (Section 3).
Implementation rules by the Department of Education
- The Secretary of Education must issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 9868 (Section 4).
