Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) is mandated to include the operationalization of the newly created Malabon City LTO District Office in the DOTr's program immediately.
- Initial funding for the Malabon City LTO District Office will be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the existing Caloocan City LTO Extension Office in Malabon City.
- Subsequent funding required for the continued operation of the Malabon City LTO District Office shall be allocated through the annual General Appropriations Act.
Rulemaking Authority
- The Secretary of the DOTr is responsible for promulgating the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation, whichever comes first.
