Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records belonging to the former Bayog National High School are automatically transferred and absorbed by the newly created Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School.

Funding and Operationalization
The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of the Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School in the Department of Education's program. Necessary funding for the school's operations shall be provided through the annual General Appropriations Act.

Rulemaking Authority
The Secretary of Education is tasked to formulate and promulgate the implementing rules and regulations for this Act within ninety (90) days from the law's effectivity.

- Grants regulatory authority to the Secretary of Education
Effectivity and Publication
The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or any newspaper of general circulation.
