Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel currently assigned to the Baguio City National High School Fort Del Pilar Annex are transferred to the newly created Fort Del Pilar National High School.
- All assets and liabilities of the Fort Del Pilar Annex are likewise transferred and absorbed by the new school.
- Records pertaining to the annex are also transferred to the Fort Del Pilar National High School.
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Fort Del Pilar National High School in the Department of Education’s program immediately.
- Initial funding for the new school will come from the current year’s appropriation of the Fort Del Pilar Annex.
- Subsequent funding necessary for the school's continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education must issue rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act within ninety (90) days from the Act’s approval.
Effectivity Clause
- The law takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
