Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records

All personnel currently employed at Baclayon High School will be transferred and absorbed by Baclayon National High School.
All assets and liabilities belonging to Baclayon High School shall likewise be transferred to the new national high school.
Records of the former Baclayon High School are also transferred to Baclayon National High School.

Appropriations and Funding

The Secretary of Education is mandated to include Baclayon National High School in the Department of Education's programs without delay.
The initial funding required for operationalization shall be taken from the current year's appropriations for the former Baclayon High School.
Subsequent funding for the continued operation will be provided through the annual General Appropriations Act.
