Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records

All personnel currently assigned to Aurora National High School - Annex III are transferred to Puangi National High School.
All assets and liabilities vested in Annex III are likewise transferred and absorbed by Puangi National High School.
All records of Aurora National High School - Annex III become the records of Puangi National High School.

Appropriations and Funding

The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Puangi National High School in the Department of Education’s program immediately.
Initial funding shall be sourced from the current year’s appropriations allocated to Aurora National High School - Annex III.
Subsequent funding necessary for the continued operation of Puangi National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation Authority

The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue all necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.

Effectivity of the Act

The law shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Act was enacted following due process in both Houses of Congress.
The President approved the Act on November 10, 2009.
