Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel currently assigned to the Sapinit Annex are transferred to the newly created San Juan National High School.
- Assets previously held by the Sapinit Annex become the property of the San Juan National High School.
- Any liabilities or obligations of the Sapinit Annex are assumed by the San Juan National High School.
- All official records maintained by the annex are transferred to the new independent school.
Appropriation and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of San Juan National High School in the Department of Education's program without delay.
- Initial funding for the school’s operations shall come from the current year’s appropriations allocated to the Antipolo National High School a Sapinit Annex.
- Subsequent funding required for the continued operations shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Rulemaking and Implementation
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and carry out the provisions of this Act.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- Official dates of passage and approval are provided, confirming its compliance with legislative processes and certification by the President.
- The law was approved on June 3, 2010, and is to be enforced immediately following stipulated procedures.
