Separation and Creation of the School
- The Antipolo National High School Paenaan Annex in Barangay San Jose, City of Antipolo is separated from the Antipolo National High School (Section 1).
- The separated annex is converted into an independent national high school (Section 1).
- The independent national high school is to be known as Maximo L. Gatlabayan Memorial National High School (Section 1).
Transfer and Absorption of Personnel, Assets, and Records
- All personnel of the Antipolo National High School Paenaan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Maximo L. Gatlabayan Memorial National High School (Section 2).
- All assets of the Antipolo National High School Paenaan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Maximo L. Gatlabayan Memorial National High School (Section 2).
- All liabilities of the Antipolo National High School Paenaan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Maximo L. Gatlabayan Memorial National High School (Section 2).
- All records of the Antipolo National High School Paenaan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Maximo L. Gatlabayan Memorial National High School (Section 2).
Funding and Appropriations Structure
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of Maximo L. Gatlabayan Memorial National High School (Section 3).
- The initial funding for the operationalization is to be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Antipolo National High School Paenaan Annex (Section 3).
- After initial funding, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (Section 3).
Implementing Authority and Rules
- The Secretary of Education shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 10112 (Section 4).
