Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel affiliated with the Anticala Annex automatically become personnel of the newly established Anticala National High School.

Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to incorporate the Anticala National High School into the Department of Education's operational program immediately.
- Initial funding for the new school is charged against the current year's appropriations for the Los Angeles National High School - Anticala Annex.
- For subsequent years, funding will be provided through the annual General Appropriations Act to ensure continued operation.
Implementation and Rule-making
- The Secretary of Education is authorized to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
- These rules shall facilitate the transition and ensure the operationalization of the new national high school.
Effectivity
- The Act becomes effective fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
