Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of Transportation and Communications is mandated to include the operationalization of the new regular LTO district office in the department’s program.
- Initial funding for the operationalization will be sourced from the appropriation previously allocated to the LTO Satellite Office in District 2, Parañaque City.
- Subsequent funding requirements for the continued operation of this regular LTO district office must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity
- The law shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its full publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
