Absorption of Staff, Assets, and Facilities
- All faculty and employees currently employed at the Leon Ganzon National High School will be transferred to the newly created Polytechnic College.
- All funds, assets, equipment, and physical facilities of the high school are also transferred to and absorbed by the Polytechnic College.
Implementation and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is mandated to undertake all necessary measures to ensure the immediate conversion of the high school into a functioning polytechnic college.
- This includes administrative, organizational, and operational steps to begin the college's activities without undue delay.
Appropriations and Funding
- In addition to the school’s current budget, further funding necessary for the implementation and operation of the Polytechnic College is authorized.
- Such appropriations are to be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following the law’s enactment and in subsequent years as needed.
Effectivity
- The law takes effect immediately upon approval, establishing the new educational institution without waiting for further conditions or enactments.
