Parity Clause

  • All powers and responsibilities to state universities also apply to Bukidnon State University as appropriate.

Rulemaking and Implementation

  • Board, in consultation with CHED, will formulate implementing guidelines.

Separability Clause

  • Invalidity of any part does not affect the rest of the Act.

Repealing Clause

  • Conflicting laws, decrees, orders, rules are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • Act takes effect 15 days after publication in two newspapers of general circulation.
