Conversion of San Juan Municipal High School to Northern Abra National High School

Section 1 converts the San Juan Municipal High School into a national school known as the Northern Abra National High School.
Section 1 provides that the school shall offer a general secondary curriculum.

Section 2 empowers the Minister of Education and Culture to reorganize the converted school accordingly.
The reorganization is directed toward making the school function as a national school and align its operations with its authorized curricula.

Section 3 authorizes charging PHP 200,000 for the operation of the school to appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools.
Section 3 requires that starting Calendar Year 1983, a sum as may be necessary for the school’s operation and maintenance shall be provided in the annual General Appropriations Act.
