Conversion of Sablig Barangay HS to National HS

Section 1 converts the Sablig Barangay High School in the Municipality of Anda, Province of Pangasinan into a national high school.
Section 1 names the converted school as the Anda National High School.

Section 2 provides that PHP 100,000 for the operation of the school shall be funded out of appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools.
Section 2 further provides that an additional amount corresponding to fifty percent (50%) of the school’s share in the budgetary aid actually paid to it before conversion shall be released for its operation from the national assistance fund to local schools.
Section 2 requires that thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the school’s operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
