Conversion of Rizal Barangay HS to Nat'l HS

An initial amount of one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000) is allocated for the operation of Rizal National High School.
This initial funding is sourced from appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 designated for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, specifically for new national high schools.
Additionally, the school will receive fifty percent (50%) of its prior share in budgetary aid paid before conversion, released from the national assistance fund to local schools.
Subsequent funding needed for operation and maintenance of the school will be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.

The Act becomes effective immediately upon its approval.
The approval date of the law is June 24, 1983, making all provisions operative from that date.
