Appropriation and Funding for the Hospital
- An initial fund of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱150,000) is authorized for appropriation from the National Treasury.
- These funds are specifically allocated for the conversion, operation, and maintenance of the hospital for the fiscal year 1964.
- Subsequent funding required for the hospital’s operation and maintenance must be provided through annual General Appropriation Acts.
- Funding adherence shall conform to the provisions set forth in the Hospital Financing Act applicable to provincial hospitals.
Effectivity of the Act
- This law becomes effective immediately upon approval by the appropriate authority.
- All provisions and implementations under this Act are enforceable from the date of its approval.
