Legal conversion to national road
- The provincial road traversing the barangays of Gadu, Callilauan, Carilucud, Ubong, Parog-Parog, Bantay, Nabbotuan and Palao in the Municipality of Solana, Cagayan, going to Barangay Macutay of Rizal, Kalinga is converted into a national road (Section 1).
- The converted road is placed under the jurisdiction and supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (Section 1).
Department of Public Works and Highways program
- The Secretary of Public Works and Highways must include the road’s improvement, repair and maintenance in the Department’s program (Section 2).
- The law requires that the funding for the road’s improvement, repair, and maintenance be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (Section 2).
Effectivity and publication rule
- The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation (Section 3).
