Financial Provisions and Operation Maintenance
- The operational and maintenance expenses of the Pototan General Hospital shall be regulated under Republic Act No. 1939, known as the Hospital Financing Act.
- Current appropriations for the hospital’s operation and maintenance will continue to be funded by the National Government.
- Future funding levels may be increased in response to the hospital’s evolving needs or conditions.
Effectivity of the Law
- The provisions of this Act take effect immediately upon its approval.
- The law was enacted without the executive approval but still became effective on May 16, 1959.
