Transfer of Property and Assets
- All existing properties related to Pilar High School are transferred to the Bureau of Public Schools.
- This includes buildings, lands, materials, and equipment.
- These assets are intended exclusively for the use of the newly established Pilar Rural High School.
Regulatory Authority and Implementation
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue necessary rules and regulations.
- Such regulations must align with existing laws and serve to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
Funding and Appropriation
- A specific amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱100,000) is appropriated from the National Treasury for the school's operation and maintenance.
- The initial funding covers the school year from 1959 to 1960.
- Subsequent operational expenses shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
Effectivity Clause
- The Act shall come into force once the appropriated funds are made available.
- The law was enacted without the approval of the Executive branch on June 21, 1959.
