Convert Odioagan High School to National Agricultural School

Section 1 converts the OdioAgan High School into a national agricultural school.
Section 1 places the OdioAgan National Agricultural School under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools.

Section 2 authorizes the appropriation of PHP 300,000 out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
Section 2 limits the authorization to the expenses of the school during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1956.
Section 2 includes within those expenses the purchase or expropriation of additional land for the school.
Section 2 also includes the purchase of equipment and supplies for the school.

Section 2 directs that, after the initial PHP 300,000, the necessary funds for the school’s operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
