Responsibility for Implementation and Operation
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is mandated to undertake all necessary actions for the immediate conversion of the school.
- DECS is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Nanagun National High School following its conversion.
Funding and Appropriations
- The initial funding required for the implementation of this conversion shall be taken from the appropriations authorized under Republic Act No. 7663, specifically earmarked for the operational expenses of newly established high schools.
- Subsequent funds necessary for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the Nanagun National High School shall be incorporated into the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The act took effect upon approval.
- The legislation lapsed into law on June 19, 1994, without the President's signature, as provided under Section 27(1), Article VI of the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
