Funding and Budgetary Provisions
- An initial amount of one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000) shall be allocated for the operation of the newly converted Naglaoan National High School.
- This funding is sourced from appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports specifically intended for new national high schools.
- Additionally, an amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the school’s previous share of budgetary aid paid before conversion will be released from the national assistance fund to local schools for its operation.
- Subsequent to the initial allocations, the necessary funds for the operation and maintenance of the Naglaoan National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval by the competent authority.
- The approval date is recorded as June 10, 1983.
