Authority to Reorganize the School
- The Minister of Education and Culture is granted the authority to reorganize and restructure the school to align with its new status as a national high school.
- This reorganization may involve administrative, curricular, and operational adjustments.
Funding and Financial Provisions
- An initial amount of two hundred thousand pesos is appropriated for the operation of the school.
- This amount will be charged against the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 131, allocated for new national schools under the Ministry of Education and Culture.
- The local government unit (LGU) of Matanao is required to continue contributing its share for the operation and maintenance expenses of the school.
- From the calendar year 1983 onwards, funding for the operation and maintenance will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act, subject to necessary adjustments.
Effectivity of the Law
- The Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
- The approval date is February 8, 1982, which marks the official commencement of the school’s conversion and appropriation of funds.
