- Initial funding for the operationalization of the new LTO District Office shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Island Garden City of Samal LTO Extension Office.
- Future funding requirements for the continued operation of the LTO District Office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
- The Secretary of Transportation and Communications is tasked to include the operationalization in the Department's programs immediately.
Effectivity Clause
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
