Transfer and Absorption of Resources and Personnel
- All personnel working at the Lakeview Elementary School and the Pedro E. Diaz High School - Lakeview Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Lakeview Integrated School.
- All assets and liabilities belonging to the two former schools are also transferred to the Lakeview Integrated School.
- Records from both previous institutions shall be consolidated into the integrated school.
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to incorporate the operationalization of the Lakeview Integrated School into the official programs of the Department of Education.
- Funding for the school’s operation shall be included and provided for in the annual General Appropriations Act, ensuring financial support.
Implementation Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education has the authority to formulate and issue the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
- These rules shall facilitate the smooth transition and day-to-day operations of the integrated school.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
- This provision ensures public awareness and legal enforceability within a reasonable period after publication.
