Appropriations and Funding

The Secretary of Education must include the operationalization of San Antonio National High School in the Department of Education’s program immediately.
Initial funding is charged to the current year’s appropriations allocated for San Antonio National High School.
Subsequent funding necessary for continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Authority to Issue Implementing Rules and Regulations

The Secretary of Education is authorized and mandated to issue the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions and purpose of this Act.

Effectivity of the Act

The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Legislative Approval and Enactment

The Act was passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 4, 2012, and January 28, 2013, respectively.
It was approved by the President of the Philippines on April 16, 2013.
