Conversion of school status and name
- Section 1 converts the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Memorial National High School in Barangay Bolosan, City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan into a national technical-vocational high school.
- The converted school is to be known as the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School (Section 1).
Transfer of personnel, assets, and records
- Section 2 provides that all personnel of the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Memorial National High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School.
- Section 2 provides that all assets are transferred to and absorbed by the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School.
- Section 2 provides that all liabilities are transferred to and absorbed by the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School.
- Section 2 provides that all records are transferred to and absorbed by the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School.
Department of Education operationalization
- Section 3 directs the Secretary of Education to immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Technical-Vocational Secondary School.
- Section 3 requires that the initial funding for operationalization be charged against the current year’s appropriation of the Judge Jose De Venecia Sr. Memorial National High School.
- Section 3 requires that after the initial funding, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementing rules and regulations
- Section 4 mandates that the Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 10851.
